Yes those directions are correct. The man had his watches set on display at the very front of his stall which were on view from the footpath, it's directly across from The Green Garden Restaurant.
I paid 40,000 each for these Butterfly Bracelet watches as they were really lovely and I got 2 free batteries to take home for spares. I usually pay 30,000 for watches but his first price was quite high and I was happy to settle on 40,000 each. They are very solid and are a perfect fit for my 9 year old daughter. At the time we purchased them there were only 3 on display, and we purchased 2 of these 3 watches. But of course he may have had more stock of this particular design.
