This time we got a xylophone that has metal tubes on a wooden frame and it sounds great (we already have the wooden xylophone), got this from Geneva handicrafts (I will give some info on my shopping spree at Geneva in another installment).

From Ubud markets we got some wooden marracas which are different from previous marracas that we have purchased, they have a woven bamboo swirl design on the outside of them and also from here we got a large wooden blow pipe. Last time in Centro we purchased a painted tube that has a metal coil in the middle of it and when you shake it it sounds like thunder. I noticed another new one at Centro this time and it was also a large painted pipe which you turn upside down and it sounds like rain drops, they all come in different designs and colours. I was going to get the kids one of them and forgot about it, so will get this one next time.

We have so many different instruments, but we always seem to be able to find a new design or something different each time we go to Bali.

I know what you mean about the books situation, if friends want to read them they will have to read chapter for chapter at my house haha.
