We have been using these guys for a few years now (They were opposite the art market before Discovery opened) and have always been happy with service, product & price.
We have never bothered trying to claim from HBF for the glasses (I understand you can) but just a few weeks ago went to OPSM to get our 'free' HBF set which Mrs Pertholdie will use gardening etc and me for painting and other household stuff.
The OPSM eye exam appears to be a little more involved than the Bali ones but the bottom line is that we both had the perfect glasses proving that the Optik Melewai eye tests are OK
