I very much doubt you will find cashmere or any other wool for a coat .
You could take your own material though, otherwise I have had some great long leather and suede coats made up in Bali.
There are many places ,my one piece of advice is to look carefully at the workmanship and quality of skins of their samples.
Dolphin Leather is highly recommended, but again, make them show you the leather they will ACTUALLY use before making, or you may get the wrong colour or shiny, stiff leather.
