To explore it thoroughly will take many visits but none I think will excite you as much as your first.
Ubud is often described as the centre of the arts in Bali but it is also much more. I am curious about the ancient history of Bali and have found that Ubud is also one of the centres of that old civilisation with enough remnants to give you architectural tingles.
