Got the same chat in front of the BGH last year. Sister from Singapore where I once L=lived for a few years and was being transferred to Adelaide where I now live. Come and have dinner with us and my mum was the bait. He rang me up at the BGH next morning to arrange the meet but was not heard of again when I offered to meet him in a restaurant nearby, yes the alarm bells ring early especially when they're obviously not Balinese !
