Airport taxis... do they run 24/7???

HI guys,
My 14th Bali trip in a month, first flying QANTAS... Unforunately QANTAS out of DARWIN gets to Bali at some ungodly hour like 11pm... Later of course once you get thru customs etc...
Having never arrived in the dark I was wondering if the taksi stand would be up and running???
All help gratefully accepted.
