Calling an Indonesian mobile from your landline here in Australia is pretty expensive - usually over $1 per minute.
A much better option is to buy a phone card - available at any newsagency - something like go-talk, green card, etc. They have flyers with the rates, and are usually around 16.5c per min to a mobile in Indonesia, 10c to a landline in Indonesia.
The way the card works, is you ring a local call number on your landline, then follow the prompts to place the call. (put in a pin from your card etc.) Once you get through that bit you just dial as normal.
When you actually get to dial the number it is this:
0011 62 then the number. If it's a mobile, drop the 0 at the front.
So a mobile number like 081805998776 would be: 0011 62 81805998776
Cheers
