I flew at 30 weeks from Vic to Queensland and all was fine. The bottom line is this: If you go into labour, no one will let you on a plane. Do you want to have a prem baby in Bali and receive whatever care is available?
There are no gaurantees about pregnancy and of course, most likely things will be fine. Woman have healthy babies in bali every day. However, if you are having a baby in Bali it is because you are in labour prematurely and that may be a different matter. Make your own choice and be comfortable about it.
The other thing to consider is travel insurance. I think you will bne hard pressed to find an insurance company who will cover your pregnancy in Bali.
