There were a few choices for the set menu. I think we had the dearest one 600,000rp for 2 people. Incl, 2 half lobster, 4 king prawns, mussells which we swapped for more king prawns, squid pieces, 2 beautiful full snappers, balinese style vegies, sauces, rice, 2 large Bintangs or 2 glasses of wine, assorted fruit slices to finish. All seafood was open coal grilled and the tastiest we've ever had. Heaps more on the menu. We ordered 2 of this set for 4 of us and one son had a full lobster on his own. The total cost including cocktails and soft drinks came to 1.8million rp for 5 of us. Expensive for Bali, I know, but well worth the experience. Great food, fantastic loaction. The restaurant is set back but the seating is right on the cliffs edge. The point, or ships bow, has a roped off timber rail just like you would see at the front of a ship. They were even playing the music from Titanic when we sat down. We took a video of our 17yr old standing at the point with arms outstretched yelling "I'm king of the world". The staff were greatly amused. I forgot to mention that the scenery was amazing. You can see a lovely sunset at Jimbaran Bay but here you look over the ocean ahead, the temple hilltop to the left and amazing rice fields to the right. We went in through the markets and then to the temple. Couldnt find the energy to push through the crowd so we didnt go up to the temple. If we had it over, we would have gone straight to the restaurant, enjoyed cocktails & bintangs and still enjoyed the view of the temple and surrounds. Three tips, take a pair of binoculars, we wished we had, take mossie spray or lotion, and call ahead and reserve front table (?assume No 1) Cant locate the card right now but will post the number if I find it. Cheers - hope you enjoy as much as we did.
