if its within the specified time you have to pay $199.00.Then they tell you over the phone the unlocking code for your make and model of phone.Then you can use a bali sim card in your 3g phone but only for voice calling and sms.You can get a new nokia phone for about 350,000 rp... a lot cheaper...
