If you are prepared to make the trip try Tulamben (North East coast), USAT Liberty. You can snorkel right over the wreck, plenty of places to snorkel from (and hire gear) and if you want you can do a dive course.
We were there last year and very good view even from the surface.
Perhaps tie it into something else to make the trip worthwhile?
