on Nusa Lembongan. There are a few basic shops/warungs with basic food/grocery items (and such friendly people - sit down and have a coffee with them if you want to mix in with locals), there are simple beach front restaurants, there are a few stalls and I've only seen one shop selling carvings etc. for the tourists who come off the Bounty/Bali Hai boats, and they are very highly priced and won't bargain down very much so not worth doing your main shopping there.
My suggestion is to do your shopping in Sanur, Kuta, Ubud market or the Sukiwati market are your best places.
The larger hotels in Mushroom Bay may have expensive gift shops, not sure.
