to snorkel but depends on how much time you have and how far you are prepared to travel. My favourite for easy but good snorkelling is Nusa Lembongan and Penida but have also had good snorkelling at Amed and thereabouts. There are many dive companies which do great tours if you're not prepared to organise yourself. I'm sure others will have their favourites that they can recommend also.
