trying to decide whether to take my proper hiking boots for the climb, or just use sturdy runners - what do you recommend? I suppose I can always arrive in Bali wearing my hiking boots and a summer dress - will look like a backpacker travelling in business class! but if it means I will be able to take over more donation items I'll wear my heavy boots on the plane.
