Sorry no specific address but definately in Legian you will go right past on your travels so don't be in a rush unless you have limited time. Also there is a place on the main street at Seminyak. As a driver at your hotel they will know and don't be in a hurry to buy - as always shop around. Seminyak may be dearer. As for customs should be ok I would think not as noticeable as a sink plus its sealed in resin so wouldn't worry or declare it either.
