He is disgusted with us- but that is our wish and we have set the rules out loud and clear before we leave home. It is just my gut feeling- I don't want him going to night clubs. He will be allowed a few drinks around the hotel and close surrounds and will have a curfew. If he blows it, then the choice is his and more stringent rules will apply. This has been clearly discussed at home.
I went thru hell last year as it was not discussed prior to our trip. Other friends/families that are travelling the same time as us(with teenagers), have been told of the limits we have set.
Last year we met parents who allowed 14 and 15 years old children to visit night clubs alone. Sorry- but my limit is a few underage drinks!
He had the choice of staying at home if he felt that he wouldn't enjoy himself under our rules.
