Anyone know any good drivers based in Nusa Dua or nearby (name and number if you have please). Looking to do two trips this year - any idea what we should pay for 2 full day trips and also, what should be on the itinerary for two Bali trips. From what I have read, the rice terraces, the volcano and lake batur, Ubud and Ulluwatu are all must sees...any other must sees to add to the list...best temples, beaches, sites waterfall? (read there was a nice one somewhere), etc.
