click the little box that says "show my registered email address", then when your message comes up, your name will be coloured blue. If someone hovers their mouse over your name it shows your email address on the toolbar below.
It always comes up as
_nospam_email@website.com.au so you disregard the underscores and no spam bit and just email to email@website.com.au.
Hope that makes sense! So if you went back to my message and put your cursor over my name it should show _nospam_touche236@yahoo.com.au
