It wouldn't be worth posting overseas. A new card only costs 26.000 with 10.000 credit (so actually only costs $2).
When you get your new card just text those you wish to know your number. They can just hit reply.
Remember the country codes etc though. Just type SIM in the search for info on the codes etc.
