I would definatly get a driver lined up for a few days to get you out seeing bali. There is many reccommened drivers posted on this forum.
Go up to kintamani to see the volcano veiw awesome. We love ruins so I think Goa gadja (elephant cave) was amazing cave with massive carved face pulling back the sides of the opening. In the same complex is a water feature with classic balanise maidens pouring water through urns. About 1200 yrs old I think.Nearby is some more ruins with huge chedi cut in the side of the clif face.
The reef cruise to Nusa Lembogan by Bali Hai is good. Nice coral, snorkling, water rides and island tour. Enjoyed it.
Ubud for shopping and also Sukawati markets.
Denpasar for the day also for shopping department style.
Good food evry where but this forum is really good for recommendations.
Almost forgot baik bali ( bike ride) is a great day out.
