the departure tax from Denpasar for everyone is International (if you are flying to anywhere other than somewhere in Indonesia) rp100000 and Domestic (if you are flying within Indonesia) rp30000. It is paid in rupiah.
The Visa on Arrival is just that; when you arrive in Indonesia you pay US$25 or the equivalent in another currency per person.
