way to get from Kuta to Lembongan is to go with the tourist company Perama. Their boat leaves from Sanur (as does the public boats) and they will pick you up in one of their buses from your hotel and transport you there. The only thing is you have to lug your stuff from where the bus stops for about 200m along the Sanur boardwalk to where the boat takes off from.
