- is also a money changer. There is usually at least one in every district; ask at your hotel desk. They are government run, give you a computer print-out and are totally honest day in and day out, which can't be said for all of the Kodak shops that are usually recommended.
They will also change travellers cheques with only a photo-copy of your passport which can therefore be safely left in the hotel safe.
You can often pick Wartels by the line of locals changing their money there - no better recommendation. You don't often see locals in Kodak shops.
