Flew back last Friday and yes if you fly Starclass you get entry to the Premier Lounge. You ask for the pass at the Starclass checkin. We weren't flying Starclass and opted for the Prada Lounge.
Cost Rp100,000 and felt it good value. Very comftable, plenty of Drinks,the food was OK for what you pay.
When you look at $14.00, we would have spent that, and probably more, on drinks and snacks in the Airport, and prefered sitting in a comfortable lounge instead of a bar.
