We stay in Nusa Dua every year and always go swimming in the ocean. We have never been stung or bitten. There is a reef all along the front of the main hotels and at low tide you can walk out to the edge of the reef (wear shoes). The water is very clean and there is rarely any waves. Where are you going to stay?
