Easy check-in, flights on time.
Passengers who had paid for 'x-press' were allowed on first. Others queued up when boarding time was close and there was no free-for-all run onto the plane to grab a seat. I didn't have 'x-press' and although the flights were full, getting my preferreed seat at the front was not a problem. Not everyone prefers to sit there.
Would fly with Air Asia again :)
