Arc Clinic

I have emailed the ARC clinic and they have not reponsed. I am interested in the Ethelis treatment - has anyone had it done. Is it necessary for me to make appointment before leaving Aus or can I book it when I arrive (there for 2 weeks) Thanks for any feedback
