You can get cheap prescription glasses from the guy who sits out front of the Bintang shopping centre in Seminyak. He has all the gear incl. lenses and pupil measurement along with a good variety of frames and he made me a pair in a day and they are better than the ones I bought in Australia. Cost me 300k rp ($42 approx). Not bad for a cheap pair of spare glasses.
