We stayed at the Griya Santrian. We always stay there, even staying in the same room each time we go.
You can find Nyoman's bar (S&S&S) by catching a taxi down to the bottom of Sanur, turning left at the tree in the middle of the street (where Bloodyron's villas are) and then walking left at the beach. It's about a hundred yards from where the taxi should let you off.
