The Balinese swear by belut which are the little eels that are caught in ricefields and then fried to crispy tidbits. They taste great and are reputed to give great stamina. My staff often bring them in for me when they think I look a bit tired - last time I had a few only four worked!! You can get them in many markets and will cost about Rp1000 for 8-10 crispies.
