is being built just as you come out of reception on your left hand side (heading down to towards the other rooms etc.)
As I have said before good value for money, good,cheap food and handy location.
In regards to money changers there is actually a sort of bank type money changer just as you walk out the front of Baleka. You turn right and cross the road and it is only about a 2min. walk.You give them your money, they fill in form pass it through a window where it is counted and then passed back through.You are given the receipt and money.
Have had no troubles changing money there and also people that I spoke to that are regulars to Baleka say they use all the time with no problems.
