Solomon's Silver in Rum Jungle road have some good pieces.
It really depends on what you want. You can get earrings, pendants everywhere but good quality solid bracelets and necklaces are usually found in the better shops like Solomons, Suarti, Ratu and Jonathons.
If you go to Ubud they also have stuff that you won't see in Kuta.
The fun is in looking, just stroll around, look at shops that take your fancy and enjoy the browsing.
Like anything, pay peanuts get a peanut.
