When you get very cheap, 125.000 for half day, I can't imagine how will the driver make a living. 200.000 is fair price, and 400.000 for full day. They got to make money, when they don't they will try very hard to make it, and if not, they are not smiling anymore. Most the drivers rely on the commissions from shops, restaurants, etc. However, when you give enough, they will not try to get you to those places with commission anymore. I got this info from my fair driver, he was telling we how the drivers make money, and I think it is okay.
