With Qantas you go to the "Global deals" section on the home page. Once in that area look on the grey area on the right hand side of the page. From here you can put dates in and it will give a price once you select the particular flights.
I understand you cannot get pricing from the Garuda web site.
Another option is to go to Zuji dot com. This site gives pricing for all airlines. Bestflights dot com also do the same.
The hardest thing may be getting the FF seat so you may have to check the availability on that seat first before looking for prices for the other seats.
