Had my hair done at the Hard Rock Hotel once....they did an amazing job. The best would have to be Johnny Anderson (sp?) (other forum members will probably know the right name/spelling) at Bali Galleria - just outside the Matahari supermarket on the ground floor. My friend had her hair coloured - they used L'Oreal products - and it looked great and it's SO cheap! Neither are in the Legian/Seminyak area but they are both worth a look.... Hope this helped!
