agree totally with bloodyron,it is the biggest step to take ,with years of hard work teaching and constant challengers, make sure you have the right man because it is no picnic in the park if you bring someone who does not want to fit in and learn about our way of life this can bring tears, he must be prepared to work hard, the standard of work here is much harder than in indo.
and the constant missing of their country never fades.
on the bright side some just fit in so well,my husband has been here for ten years and loves it,he has done so well he makes me very proud.he has become an A class welder and has many western friends
loves the footy ,plays soccer, goes fishing ect ect.,we have seen many indo's come and go,some just find it too tough, and other's appreciate the chance they have been given and strive,so if you think you are strong enough, and extremly patient go for it.
i wish you the very best of luck in what ever you choose to do.
there is a website available for women with indo partners google msn groups and find our indonesian men ,there you will find a great lot of information.goodluck!
