Hi Susan
I just got my Social Visa last week (I'm in Perth).
I downloaded the application form from the internet & had to supply 1 x passport size photo, letter from Indonesian sponsor, copy of his ID card, copy of my return ticket & my passport.
Costs $60 & takes 3 days. You have to leave your passport with them.
The Social Visa is for 2 months but can be extended by 1 month x 4 times. So this means a total of 6 months.
You have 3 months to leave for Indonesia after the visa is issued.
Oh yeah.....You have to pay the $60 by Bank Chq or Money Order. They don't except cash or credit card.
I am heading there in early June....can't wait.
