Among the three you mentioned, I think Oberoi is the most special.
If you are not fixed on the Seminyak area, why not consider 4 Seasons Jimbaran (they have CD/DVD library & player)? Huge bath room, separate living pavilion & plunge pool to watch the sunset in privacy.
BTW, saw the biggest plasma TV in Sheraton Laguna. if this is high in your priority:) Take the lagoon access room/suite.
May be split your time between 4-seasons Jimbaran & Oberoi.
