I'd highly recommend Prana. Visited there last Monday. I visit each year as a treat for myself. Yes, it is more expensive than other places in Bali, but worth every cent, but sill cheaper than in Aus. I usually have the Divine Renewal (3.5hrs) and it's just divine! Love the surroundings, the cafe to sit at is also lovely. You can pay in $US, $Rp or by credit card. I also visit Chill (a couple of door down - same owner) for reflexology and that also is great.
I always email ahead and book with Puspa (sales manager), she's very helpful.
