If you want a pool the only budget place would be Rockys bungalows at Ulluwatu, plebty of other places but no pools. It is on the road after the turn to the Ulluwatu parking area, on the right, big sign. I think you can get a room for around the 200,000rp. But further around towards the old Ulluwatu steps (where Ulluwatu resort is) you will find the place where we stay called Sandat Mas, 75,000rp a room but no pool. Very clean and very nice family.
