I really enjoyed your report, but unfortunately share same sentiments. I also found a big price increase, especially in restaurant prices. I had problems also thistime with dishonesty, a few dodgey cabbies and a money changer, but never mind, Bali is still beautiful, and a very very happy place. I am going to keep your report for my next visit, there will be one I am sure!!
