Hi BaliSold, no worries about questions. We used our original vows from first wedding and added bits, we made vows to children and said new stuff to each other. As I am a control freak, I wrote up the whole ceremony and gave them a copy, I can't remember if I emailed it to them or just gave it to them when we arrived which was a few days before ceremony. They were nice enough to come to our hotel, which they don't usually do. We stayed at the Bali Hai Resort and Spa which is right on the beach, so we didn't see their garden. I wore a long chiffion strappy gown in plum, probably like a bridesmaids dress, but hey, it's your day wear what ever you want, you only do it for the first time once. Hubby wore khaki pants rolled up and white button up cheesecloth shirt (which i later washed and now fits my 8 year old!). We chose each others clothes, so i was fully decked out and he looked gorgeous and casual. The hubby went and raided some frangipani trees as we forgot to order flowers and i put them in my hair. Kerry and Milton can give you someone who you can order fresh flowers for your bouquet or hair.
I can't remember exactly how much we donated, it was either 100 or 200 dollars. We also took over some books and pens etc for their charity. I think the whole thing took between 30mins and 1hour. But that depends on you and what you want. Essentially this is your day, you will remember it always. Make it what you want, say what you feel, enjoy the moment and love forever.
