seasbabe re homeless in Ubud ??

We stay at Ubud Village and always have some stuff for the staff etc. But have always been wary about giving the ladies who seem to always beg on the street things except some RP, as I cannot understand why they do not live in their village with their family. And because they do not understand English and my Bahasa is limited cannot find out why. Can you enlighten me.
