We bring ours back rolled. We take them off the frames and leave them flat in our room until time to go home, then roll not too tightly. A few of the really cheaper paintings have cracked but most are OK. I buy light weight pine at home (usually from Bunnings) and staple together and then stretch the paintings on and staple. Make sure you buy the correct width pine for the edges otherwise the side of the paintings look odd at the edges.
