It is much easier to just hand over $25US. The ex rate for US dollar is good these days too.
I went to airport the other day and queried the exch rate for US. As it was on the radio at being at an all time high of 83. something cents, but got to airport and it was 79. So the girl explained to me when we hear the prices on the radio/news, expect it to be at least 5c lower when you purchase. She also said best time's to get it are week days IN business hours. Weekends and evenings it generally goes down.
If you go to travelex.com the rate on there is the rate you will get at airport. She said keep an eye on that. I can nick out at anytime as im close.
