Teak bedheads, pillowtop mattresses??

Just starting to think about a future shopping trip for our new house...

Can anyone recommend suitable shops to purchase a teak bedhead, tallboy & sidetables.

Also, I'm interested in purchasing pillowtop mattresses. Any suggestions?
