If our flight is due to arrive 10.05pm

and assuming they're possibly running near to time, and and say it takes half an hour or so to clear the airport, will we find it easy at that time of night to find transport to Kuta?

Would we be better off booking transport in advance (before we leave Australia)at twice the going rate, just to be sure, or will it be OK to look for it when we exit the airport building. How much is it to use the local transport from the airport to Kuta? And what is the best form of transport to look out for?

What is the Aussie Dollar fetching as an exchange with Rupiah at the moment in Kuta?
