There's two types of superior rooms. Newer ones are located along the new 'donut' shaped pool, opposite side to reception. The older superior rooms are overlooking the older round-ish shaped pool. They all have balcony or veranda.

Room numbers would depend if you want queen bed, twin or triple share with singles, I guess. But as long as you get the bedding configuration, I doubt it makes much difference what room number you're in, they're all much the same. Rooms in the 100's are ground floor alongside the pool with verandah - not very private, but good if you use the pool a lot. Otherwise can be quite noisy and invasive. 200's are next level up and 300's are top floor. I stayed in a top floor room. It's a bit of a hike up the ramp after a big day out walking, but I got a breeze on my balcony that the lower floors missed out on, so I guess it depends what you prefer.

I have pics of the newer superior room I had in November 2003 when they were still pretty new. Not sure how they've weathered over the last 4 years or so since they opened though.
