A course at Tegal Sari with executive chef Nyomen. Tina, Didiaust, Belinda and myself.
Nyomen also owns and runs classes at Sate Bali.
We all thought that the class was extremely good value for money.... and Nyomen was an excellent teacher and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy.
